These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mentoring services provided by Yulianti Consulting & Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services Offered

 

We provide mentorship, coaching, and transformational guidance using techniques and materials with aimed at personal and professional development in areas such as mindset, leadership, wealth consciousness, and lifestyle enhancement.

 

The services provided include, but are not limited to:

 

• Personal coaching sessions

• Group mentorship programs

• Digital resources and workshops

 

2. Client Responsibilities

 

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We provide advice and guidance, but it’s up to you to take action and create the results you desire.

• Coaching is a collaborative process, and the success of this relationship depends on your commitment and engagement.

 

3. Confidentiality

 

All communication during sessions, whether individual or group, is strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information shared unless required by law or if you provide written consent.

 

In group programs, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ personal information and not share any of their details without permission.

 

4. Payments and Refunds

 

• Payment for services is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• All payments are final, and no refunds will be given once services have been provided. If you need to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours of notice is required. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled.

• Payment plans, if available, must be honored in full. Failure to complete a payment plan will result in suspension of services.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

• You may reschedule individual sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 12 hours will incur a fee.

• Group programs have fixed schedules. Failure to attend a session will result in forfeiture of that session.

 

6. Disclaimers

 

• The services provided are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not make any guarantees regarding specific results, financial outcomes, or personal development milestones.

• We do not provide psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek the services of licensed professionals for such needs.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results taken or achieved based on the information or guidance provided in our programs. All outcomes are based on individual effort, and success varies from client to client.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided during mentoring sessions, including digital content, worksheets, and proprietary methods, are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission from us.

 

9. Termination of Services

 

Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship at any time. If you terminate services, any remaining unpaid payments must be fulfilled as agreed upon.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

 

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation, in accordance with the laws of WA State USA.
