1. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise stated on the product or service page, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, programs, and coaching services, we cannot offer refunds once you have purchased and accessed the materials.

 

2. Exceptions

We may provide a refund only in the following cases:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the purchased material or service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time

  • A specific refund guarantee was clearly stated on the product or service page at the time of purchase

 

3. Coaching & Mentorship Services

Because coaching requires a personal time commitment and reserves a spot just for you:

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If we must cancel a session, we will work with you to reschedule promptly.

 

4. Courses & Digital Products

  • Access to online courses, digital downloads, and training materials is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • For this reason, these items are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the purchase page.

 

5. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

6. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company for a legitimate purchase, we reserve the right to block future purchases and pursue the matter to recover funds, including any associated fees.
